How does the 7-day free trial work?
Sign up with your email and you'll receive instant access to both the Pro Channel and Tape Alerts channels
for 7 days. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you choose your plan
and enter payment details to continue.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at
the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Weekly plans stop at
the end of the current billing period. Quarterly and annual plans are honoured through the remaining pre-paid
period. No cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Card payments are processed via Square.
You can also pay directly through PayPal if you prefer. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD)
and exclude GST.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription if you're not satisfied. After 14 days,
subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period but you can cancel to prevent future charges. The
7-day free trial exists precisely so you can verify the service before committing.
How do I access the Telegram channels?
After subscribing, you'll receive private invite links for your subscribed channels via email. Make sure you
have Telegram installed and notifications enabled. Alerts arrive 1-3 minutes before race start — speed matters
for execution.
What happens to my Telegram access if I cancel?
When your subscription period ends, your access to the private Telegram channels is revoked. You retain access
to any historical messages received during your subscription — Telegram doesn't delete message history.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Your card will be charged in AUD.
If you're paying from New Zealand or another country, your bank will convert at their standard
exchange rate.
Is there a discount for quarterly or annual billing?
Yes. Quarterly billing saves 15% compared to weekly, and annual billing saves 25%. For example,
the Pro plan is $129/week, $1,425/quarter (13 weeks, equivalent to ~$110/week), or $5,031/year
(52 weeks, equivalent to ~$97/week). You can switch billing cycles at any time — the change
takes effect at your next renewal. All prices exclude GST.

What's included in the 7-day trial vs paid subscription?
The trial gives you full Pro plan access — both the Pro Channel and Tape Alerts channels
with all signal detail, conviction tiers, and staking recommendations. There's no reduced
feature set during the trial. After 7 days, you choose which plan to continue with.
If you don't subscribe, access is simply revoked — no charge.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter includes the Pro Channel only (~50 alerts/day, campaign accumulation detection).
Pro adds the Tape Alerts channel (~8 alerts/day, A+ microstructure overlay). The two channels
are structurally independent — they detect different market states with zero overlap.
In our track record, Tape Alerts contributed 42.8% of combined profit with substantially lower
variance. Pro plan subscribers get genuine diversification across two independent signal sources.
Can I share my subscription with someone else?
No. Subscriptions are for individual use only. Sharing Telegram invite links or forwarding
alert content to non-subscribers may result in immediate termination of your subscription
without refund. Each subscriber receives their own channel access tied to their Telegram account.
